Who I Am
Rooted in reflection. Moving toward truth.
I've spent most of my adult life asking questions — about who I am, what I want, and what it truly means to be a woman in this world. Not the version others expect. Not the version shaped by fear or conditioning. But the real, honest, evolving version.
That search became my work. And that work became Nancy GLO.
Through writing, digital content, personal styling, and coaching, I create spaces where women can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. I believe deeply in the power of self-awareness — not as a destination, but as an ongoing, generous practice.
My debut book, The Good Girl Delusion, is the most personal expression of that work — an exploration of the quiet, deeply embedded pressure many women carry to always be agreeable, to shrink, to perform goodness at the cost of their truth.
